5. History & Tracking — Call List and Filters

Call history is your operational memory. It centralizes every conversation handled by your voice agents.


5.1 Accessing the History

From the main menu

  1. In the left sidebar navigation, click on "History".
  2. The Call History page opens with the complete list of all your conversations.
  3. Calls are displayed from most recent to oldest by default.

From the Dashboard

The "Recent calls" section on the dashboard shows the last 5 calls. Click on "View full history" to access the complete list.


5.2 Reading and Understanding the Call List

Each row in the history presents the essential information:

Caller numberPhone number of the caller
AgentName of the voice agent that handled the conversation
DurationTotal duration of the exchange
MessagesNumber of messages exchanged in the conversation
ResultSuccess or failure of the call

5.3 Using Filters

Filters allow you to isolate the calls you need.

Available filters

Date rangeSelect a start and end date
Agent nameSearch by voice agent name
ResultFilter by successful or failed calls

Pagination

Results are displayed in pages of 50 calls. Navigate between pages using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons.
