5. History & Tracking — Call List and Filters
Call history is your operational memory. It centralizes every conversation handled by your voice agents.
5.1 Accessing the History
From the main menu
- In the left sidebar navigation, click on "History".
- The Call History page opens with the complete list of all your conversations.
- Calls are displayed from most recent to oldest by default.
From the Dashboard
The "Recent calls" section on the dashboard shows the last 5 calls. Click on "View full history" to access the complete list.
5.2 Reading and Understanding the Call List
Each row in the history presents the essential information:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | Date and time of the call |
| Caller number | Phone number of the caller |
| Agent | Name of the voice agent that handled the conversation |
| Duration | Total duration of the exchange |
| Messages | Number of messages exchanged in the conversation |
| Result | Success or failure of the call |
5.3 Using Filters
Filters allow you to isolate the calls you need.
Available filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Date range | Select a start and end date |
| Agent name | Search by voice agent name |
| Result | Filter by successful or failed calls |
Pagination
Results are displayed in pages of 50 calls. Navigate between pages using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons.
