6.3 Lead Tracking

Each lead has a status and priority that allow you to track its progress in your sales pipeline.

Priorities

PriorityMeaning
HighHot lead to handle as a priority
MediumLead to follow up in the coming days
LowLead to handle when time allows

Scoring

Each lead has a numeric score that reflects its level of interest and qualification. This score can be updated manually or calculated automatically.

Assignment

Assign each lead to a real estate agent from your team via the "Assignment" tab in the lead record. You can also associate properties of interest to the lead.

Follow-up and outreach

In the "Follow-up" tab of the lead record:

  • Preferred contact method: Phone, email, SMS
  • Next follow-up date: Schedule your next outreach
