2. The Dashboard
The dashboard is your NoviaMind workspace homepage. As soon as you log in, it gives you an instant overview of your voice agents' activity.
2.1 Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is organized into several distinct areas:
- The welcome message — a personalized message based on the time of day and your name.
- The team selector — at the top of the page, allows you to switch between your teams if you have multiple ones.
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) — four cards summarizing your agents' activity.
- Recent calls — the list of the 5 most recent calls for quick monitoring.
2.2 Understanding Key Indicators
Key indicators (also called KPIs) are displayed as cards at the top of your dashboard.

| Total calls | Total number of calls handled by your agents |
| Successful calls | Number of successfully completed calls, including success rate percentage |
| Minutes consumed | Total number of conversation minutes used |
| Active team | Number of teams you belong to |
2.3 Recent Calls
At the bottom of the dashboard, the "Recent calls" section displays the 5 most recent calls handled by your agents:
- Agent name that handled the call
- Duration of the conversation
- Result of the call (success / failure)
- Caller number
- Date and time of the call
Click on any call to open its detailed record.
A "View full history" link redirects you to the full call history page.
2.4 Navigating from the Dashboard
The dashboard is your starting point. From the left sidebar navigation, you can access the different sections of the platform:
