6.4 Creating a Lead
You can add a lead directly in the CRM.
Procedure
- From the lead list, click on "New lead" in the top right.
- Fill in the information across the different form tabs.
- Click on "Create" to save the lead.
The lead is immediately available in the list.
6.5 Editing a Lead
- Click on a lead in the list to open its record.
- Edit the desired fields across the different tabs.
- Click on "Save" to save the changes.
6.6 Deleting a Lead
- Select one or more leads in the list.
- Use the delete action.
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
⚠️ Warning: Deleting a lead is irreversible.
