6.4 Creating a Lead

You can add a lead directly in the CRM.

Procedure

  1. From the lead list, click on "New lead" in the top right.
  2. Fill in the information across the different form tabs.
  3. Click on "Create" to save the lead.

The lead is immediately available in the list.


6.5 Editing a Lead

  1. Click on a lead in the list to open its record.
  2. Edit the desired fields across the different tabs.
  3. Click on "Save" to save the changes.

6.6 Deleting a Lead

  1. Select one or more leads in the list.
  2. Use the delete action.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.

⚠️ Warning: Deleting a lead is irreversible.
