Information displayed

  • Voice agent that handled the call
  • Phone number of the caller
  • Date, time, and duration of the conversation
  • Result of the call (success / failure)
  • Number of messages exchanged

Each call has a unique identifier included in the URL. You can share this link to access a specific call record directly.
