6. CRM — Leads and Real Estate Agents
NoviaMind's built-in CRM centralizes the management of your prospects (leads) and your real estate agents (realtors). Accessible from the "CRM" menu in the sidebar navigation.
6.1 Lead Management
Accessing leads
- In the left sidebar navigation, click on "CRM".
- Select "Leads" from the submenu.
The lead list
The list displays all your prospects with the following features:
- Search: Search bar for quick filtering
- Filters: By status, source, and priority
- Pagination: Page navigation
Lead information
Each lead contains several information tabs:

| Status | Status (New, Contacted, Qualified, etc.), source, priority (Low/Medium/High), score |
